OFFICE WORK: Conceptual Project: Kartepe Town Planning & Municipality Building

This municipality building for Kartepe, Kocaeli has been designed as a replacement of the older one. The existing building fails at being sufficient enough for the increasing worker population. The most critical points of this conceptual project are the entrances and the security areas. Two entrances correspond each other to that the building becomes a passage at the heart of the recreational spaces. Securitiy areas are also designed for the safety of the president and his counsellors.


The site area is adjacent to the main vehicle road that connects Kocaeli to neighbour cities. Beforehand, a town planning was also suggested by us in order to place the existing road down to a lower level. This will enable us to design a recreational town space upon it and provide safety. Kartepe is aimed to be biggest ski-center of surrounding districts, yet it's a newly growing block of the city. The town planning also asserts restraining industrial blocks and suggesting new residential areas for the upcoming constructions. The strategic placement of the housing blocks near the avenue will let the tourists interact with the local population.

この自治体 の ビル が 前のビルのかわり に 立てる積もりです。 前のビル は従業員 の人口 なら十分じゃないからです。土地は 過密 の通りの近接 に 置きました。 玄関がビルの両方ともに 置きました。 垂直 な ギャラもビルの間であります。 廊下 の幅 は 大勢 の人々 のように ふえてきました。大統領 の 部屋 は安全 な ところ で
デザインしました。 守衛 についている ところも大勢です。

その上、ビルの周り の 都市計画 もしました。 住宅街の前の
土地 より 新しい 計画 を申し入れました。 前のところは 散らか して随分 違うからです。 新しい住宅街は 通りの近くで あります。 この丁目 はスキー場 があって ツーリスト ならいいです。 それから 工業 地方 が減たほうがいいです。 この通りが丁目の中であって、 ツーリスト 周りの ビル で 買い物をして、 料理 尾食べて丁目の人口に 稼ぎ取るようにしています。
