OFFICE WORK: 本社 のビル / head office building

この本社 のビル が GUNEYSER  建築 会社 のために デザインをしました.

This head office building was designed for a construction company, Guneyser Construction.

直立な回廊 が  サラリーマン を 仕事中で見えるように 立てられました.

The vertical gallery allows the office workers to be seen whilst  working.

1階 では 利用 が 美術館  に改めました.

直立な 回廊   が数段 に 着けて 直立な ‘’assemblage’’ も  よく 見える こともできる.

Ground floor can alternatively be used as an art gallery, so that the vertical – spreading assemblages can be installed outstreching all floors.

階段 と エレベーター が コア を 成す ためで 中央 に置きてきました.

The elevator and stairs are placed at the center to form a core. Offices face the front, whereas wet volumes are placed on the back side.

ファサードでは ルーバーと アルミサッシ   のお 役に立ってきました.

パッシブソーラー   システム は ルーバーの 利用して  換気  の 値段  が引下げる. 

On the facade, louvers and aluminum facade panels are used. Louvers are part of the passive solar system. They are placed for benefit from solar distribution: they reduce excessive summer sun and lower down cooling & ventilation expenses.
